Let's get Started!

Variable Requirements
Make a Unit Variable Type and set the array to 4
Next, you need a Point Variable type and set the array to 5.

Ice Sliding Trigger (GUI)
Make a New Trigger (Ctrl + T) and name it Ice Sliding Trigger(Names don't mattter)
New Event (Ctrl + E)
Event Type Time, Time - Periodic Event
Time - Every 0.03 seconds of game time

Now, it should look like

Events
Time - Every 0.03 seconds of game time

Conditions
No Conditions
